Dr. Kapambwe Mwelwa

Kapambwe Mwelwa is the vice-chairperson of the Africa Leadership Transformation (ALT) – Zambia Foundation, a not-for-profit, nonpolitical, non-governmental organization operating in Zambia since 2019. He actively participated in the successful convening of the Zambia Climate Leadership Summit hosted by the ALT Foundation-Zambia and the University of Zambia in October 2020 and the subsequent launch of the summit report in March 2021. With a specialization in educational leadership and management, he contributes greatly to the leadership transformation agenda in the InnoVuntu project. Dr. Mwelwa has been key in coordinating the partnerships and engagements with the various stakeholder organizations participating in the InnoVuntu project in Zambia. He is a lecturer at the University of Zambia, in the Faculty of Education, and holds a PhD in education management.
