Larry Hulbert is a Senior Advisor with Fab Foundation at MIT, and Aravind Eye Institute in India. He has 50 years of experience in international development with the WHO, major universities, and policymakers. With a focus on healthcare and education in Africa and Southeast Asia, introduced, facilitated, and supported major change initiatives to improve basic healthcare services and educational programs. Hulbert is experienced in strategic planning, leadership training, teacher training, curriculum development, and program evaluation. Consulting clients have included heads of state, government ministries, university vice-chancellors, and corporate leaders. He holds an undergraduate degree from DePauw University (Magna Cum Laude), and a graduate degree from Northwestern University.
