Monika Aring

Monika Aring helps design and lead future search stakeholder forums throughout the world. From 2015-2018 she advised the African Union on workforce development and youth employment. Over the past 35 years, she has conducted research, trainings, and projects on the future of work, youth employment, and workforce development for the Inter-American and Asian Development banks, the ILO, USAID, foundations, and corporations on programs that produce quality jobs and skills throughout Asia,
Central Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the United States. She has a master’s degree from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Monika participated in leadership development programs at Harvard’s Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, and the Jensen Erhard course Being a Leader, the effective exercise of Leadership. She speaks English, German, Spanish, and French.
