Tuliswayo Muteba

Tuliswayo Muteba holds an MSc in Environment and Natural Resource Management from the University of Zambia. She is presently working as a project manager at the Project Management Centre of Excellence in Zambia. She has been instrumental in the formulation of the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) Strategic plan (2020-2024) and the Levy Mwanawasa Medical University (LMMU) Strategic Plan (2020-2024).Tuliswayo’s research interest is in climate change and agriculture. Her research on climate communication for adaptation planning in the tourism sector in Zambia was one of the highlights during the NDC/UNFCCC scoping mission to Zambia Conference in October, 2019. She is passionate about sustainable development and in her free time she raises awareness about climate change among her peers.
